1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using invertbyte OMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

invertbyte OMS is a cloud-based order management and courier automation platform for Shopify stores operating in Pakistan and the Gulf region. The Service includes order syncing, waybill generation, courier dispatch, customer notifications, and related features.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently in private beta. Beta access is provided free of charge. We may update, limit, or discontinue features during the beta period. We will provide reasonable notice before transitioning to paid access.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must ensure your Shopify store and product listings comply with applicable Pakistani law
• You must not use the Service to process fraudulent orders or deceive courier partners
• You are responsible for accurate declaration of shipment contents and values for FBR and customs purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content within the Service is the property of invertbyte Technologies. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Courier & Third-Party Services

invertbyte OMS integrates with third-party courier services. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by courier partners. Each courier operates under its own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, invertbyte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue due to courier delays or order processing errors.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
