We've been heads-down for the past 6 months building the most requested features from our community. Today, v2.0 is live for all users.

What's New

Inventory Auto-sync

Stock levels now sync across all connected channels in under 2 seconds. Previously, sync ran every 5 minutes. This eliminates the gap where overselling could occur.

AI-powered Demand Forecasting (Pro)

Using historical order data, invertByte OMS now predicts future demand for each product. The forecast is available in Analytics → Demand Forecast.

You'll see:

• 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day projections
• Seasonal trend analysis
• Recommended reorder quantities

Bulk Order Operations

Select multiple orders and apply actions in one click:

• Bulk status updates
• Bulk shipping label generation
• Bulk customer notifications

Improved API Rate Limits

API rate limits have been increased from 100 to 500 requests/minute for Growth plans, and 2,000/minute for Pro plans.

New Webhook Events

Three new webhook events are now available:

UI Refresh

The dashboard has been redesigned for clarity:

• Condensed stat cards
• Dark/light mode toggle
• Collapsible sidebar

Bug Fixes

• Fixed: Inventory count not updating when orders were cancelled
• Fixed: Shopify webhook signature verification failing for certain stores
• Fixed: Date filter on analytics page not applying correctly
• Fixed: CSV export missing shipping address fields

Upgrading

v2.0 is a backward-compatible upgrade. No changes are required for existing API integrations.

If you use the OMS mobile app, please update to v2.0.1 from the App Store / Play Store for full compatibility.
