How to Connect TCS and Leopards in Under 3 Minutes

Two of Pakistan's most used couriers — TCS and Leopards — are fully pre-integrated in invertByte OMS. Here's how to activate both in minutes.

What you'll need

• Your TCS Business Account credentials (Customer ID + API key)
• Your Leopards API key (available from the Leopards merchant portal)

Step 1: Open Courier Settings

In your invertByte OMS dashboard, go to Settings → Couriers.

You'll see a list of all supported couriers with their activation status.

Step 2: Activate TCS

1. Click TCS from the courier list
2. Enter your Customer ID and API Key
3. Toggle "Enable COD" if you collect cash on delivery
4. Click Test Connection — you'll see a green checkmark if credentials are correct
5. Hit Save

Tip: If your TCS API key has not been generated yet, contact your TCS account manager. It takes about 24 hours to provision.

Step 3: Activate Leopards

1. Click Leopards Courier
2. Enter your API Key and API Password
3. Set your default pickup city
4. Click Test Connection → Save

Step 4: Set Auto-Routing Rules

Once both couriers are live, set routing rules so OMS auto-picks the right one per order:

1. Go to Settings → Routing Rules
2. Click Add Rule
3. Example rule: If city = Karachi → Use TCS, Else → Use Leopards
4. Save and activate

From now on, every order is automatically routed, labeled, and dispatched — zero manual work.

What happens next?

• Orders are dispatched within 90 seconds of being confirmed
• Waybills are printed automatically to your thermal printer
• Your customer receives a WhatsApp/SMS tracking notification
• You can track all shipments from the Shipments → Live Tracking screen
