COD (Cash on Delivery) is essential for selling in Pakistan — but a return rate above 30% quietly destroys margins. Here are five strategies our customers use to cut returns by half.

1. Confirm orders via WhatsApp before dispatch

The single biggest win. Before dispatching, send an automated WhatsApp message asking the customer to confirm delivery date and address.
